Fischer & Frichtel Readies for Spring Snowbirds at Kendall Bluffs

“Responding to market demand last summer, Fischer & Frichtel set aside several homesites at Kendall Bluffs in Chesterfield for detached Luxury Villas and unveiled a new ‘Auburn II’ display in the prestigious all-villa community.

Buyer interest in the free-standing Auburn plans was immediate and, only a few months later, the display had already been purchased. Construction of another detached model began right away, and community Sales Manager John Fister will be moving into the 2011 Auburn show home shortly.

As a result, timing became a key issue for Fischer & Frichtel. ‘These villa customers aren’t in town long enough to build and are looking for a completed home,’ Fister explained. ‘So, we shifted our focus, developing a supply of Showcase Inventories either owner-ready or available for move-in within a short period of time.’

Fister noted that even the new Auburn display is for sale to the buyer in need of quick occupancy. Offered at $511,618, this exquisite 2-bedroom ranch encompasses more than 2000 square feet and features a 2-car garage, 9-foot and designer ceilings, transom windows, granite countertops and premium appliances, extensive hardwood flooring, and security and lawn irrigation systems. Rough-ins for a full bath and wet bar on the lower level allow for future expansion and approximately 1000 square feet of additional living space.

Another detached Auburn is currently at the framing stage, leaving only seven of the homesites reserved for detached Luxury Villas open for purchase.

On Homesite 61 is a finished and lavishly customized Campton, dramatically reduced to $695,509. The Campton on Site 28 has been held at the framing stage for completion to owner specification.
