Fischer & Frichtel Readies for Spring Snowbirds at Kendall Bluffs

“Responding to market demand last summer, Fischer & Frichtel set aside several homesites at Kendall Bluffs in Chesterfield for detached Luxury Villas and unveiled a new ‘Auburn II’ display in the prestigious all-villa community.

Buyer interest in the free-standing Auburn plans was immediate and, only a few months later, the display had already been purchased. Construction of another detached model began right away, and community Sales Manager John Fister will be moving into the 2011 Auburn show home shortly.

Fister noted that even the new Auburn display is for sale to the buyer in need of quick occupancy. Offered at $511,618, this exquisite 2-bedroom ranch encompasses more than 2000 square feet and features a 2-car garage, 9-foot and designer ceilings, transom windows, granite countertops and premium appliances, extensive hardwood flooring, and security and lawn irrigation systems.
