Fischer About to Start Construction in The Manors of Wynnbrooke
Posted by Elizabeth on August 4, 2011
Government reports indicated a 14.6 percent increase in new-home starts for the month of June, and Fischer & Frichtel is about to add to those figures as construction begins in The Manors of Wynnbrooke, the firm’s newest prestige community in St. Charles.
The 14-homesite enclave is located in an established area off Droste Road, directly west of McNair Park and accessible from Huntington Park, and has already attracted plenty of attention since very little land remains for new residential development within the St. Charles city limits.
Wynnbrooke’s home settings average just over a quarter-acre, and Fischer & Frichtel is offering ten Luxury Home designs from its elegant Heritage Collection, based from $289,900.
Two customer-owned homes and the community’s first Showcase Inventory are scheduled to start shortly, illustrating the builder’s timeless architectural styling and the outstanding price-included components available to buyers in the neighborhood.
Projected for completion by the end of the year, the Showcase model will be a modified version of the “Arlington II,” a 3-bedroom ranch with approximately 2400 square feet of interior space. The distinguishing aspect of this home is its free-flowing layout – completely open from the entry foyer through the great room to the breakfast/hearth areas and kitchen, which is delineated by a large butterfly work island.
A formal dining room allows for gracious entertaining, and the privacy wing features a sumptuous master suite and a separate hall leading to the auxiliary bedrooms. The customer purchasing this lovely home during the early stages of construction will be able to make numerous color selections, assisted by the professional designers at Fischer & Frichtel’s elegant Home Center.
Topping the list of desirable standards included with the Heritage Collection at Wynnbrooke are
9-foot main-floor ceilings, oversize trim, finely crafted cabinetry, and zoned heating/cooling in multi-level plans. The versatile 3- and 4-bedroom designs also provide for various kitchen/breakfast room arrangements, hearth rooms, bonus rooms, butler’s pantries, and convenient workstations.
As an inaugural incentive, Fischer is offering a valuable package of free custom amenities, worth up to $27,000, with the purchase of any home in the community. Included are a 3-car garage, hardwood flooring in activity areas, cultured marble in the master bath, and a 42” direct-vent fireplace, per plan.
Due to the limited number of homesites, no display model is planned for Wynnbrooke, but community sales manager Jim Horton welcomes calls at 314-441-5913 for information and directions to Heritage displays in nearby Fischer neighborhoods. For more details, FandFHomes.com
