First Showcase Inventory Ready for Move-In at Fischer’s Shadow Creek

Shadow Creek, Fischer & Frichtel’s newest residential development in Fenton, is a beehive of activity as the fall homebuying season gets under way.

The community’s first Showcase Inventory has just been completed, the first two homeowners are now in residence, and three new plans from the builder’s top-of-the-line Estate Collection have just been added to the design portfolio.

Fischer About to Start Construction in The Manors of Wynnbrooke
