Although many customers already own the land on which they intend to build, some are still researching where they'd like to build. Chris DeGuentz, the firm's in-house architect, is available to assist those clients in finding a desirable site, determine the architectural requirements of the community or locality, and carefully orient the chosen plan on the property.  As an architect, DeGuentz is particularly concerned with the land's distinctive characteristics and siting of the house.
