Will you be able to build a home on my land?
If you own a piece of property in the St. Louis and St. Charles county area, or are working with a realtor to buy one, we would be happy to meet with you, discuss your wishes, evaluate the land and determine the feasibility of your plans.
What do I need in the way of financing?
If you are planning to finance the building of your new home, you will need a construction loan. The conventional, VA, FHA and RD loans which are typically used for home purchases do not qualify as construction loans. We refer our customers to Mike Kammerzell, VP Mortgage Lending at Central Bank. Mike is a specialist in home building financing who will be happy to explain the process and special requirements.
